book contains a collection of truly - authentic recipes as prepare by local people in
the Virgin Islands. There is also a special section on Hispanic recipes. Each recipe
is also accompanied with nutritional information. It contains information on the
level of calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, sodium and cholesterol in each recipe.
There are hints to lower salt, fat and sugar. The book contains 221 pages. There
are over a 100 recipes in the book. This is a book you will return to time and time
