Young Jelly Coconut
|
 |
Red
Grout |
| A cool, delicious, refreshing, unimaginable
tropical drink - a young jelly coconut. My favorite breakfast
drink! |
Cool, sweet and refreshing. Base is tapioca and guava
juice. Topped with home made cream, mmm.. |
|
 |
Tart |
 |
Sweet Bread |
| Local tart is made of flaky crust that almost
melts in your mouth. This tart has half guava and half
coconut filling. A great treat! |
Some what like the state side fruit cake, but
with less assorted fruits. Nice and moist. |

fry chicken. |
 |
Tasty, mouth watering mangos are great as a dessert or
alone as a treat! |

Vienna Cake |
|
Guavaberry Tart |
| Frosting on top of cake with
layers of plain cake and various fruit mixtures and mint jelly in
between exceedingly flavored with Crucian Rum! A Special
Occasion Cake. |
 |
Guavaberry Tart is made with guava berries. It is
delicious and usually made during Christmas time. Presently, the guava berries
is difficult to get in the Virgin Islands and therefore it is imported
from other islands. |

Mortar & Pestle
The Mortar and Pestle was used long ago for pounding
seasoning. It is still used today in many homes to make some tasty
seasoning for fish and meat.
